Wow...Karen and I are singin' the "I took 6-time blues". That sucked. Anyway...we're off to the Glen for a 10th consecutive year and looking forward to it. No waiting...I'll pick right now for WGI this Sunday (weather permitting)...#2 Brad Keselowski. Best to all and enjoy the race. Jim2

Re: Watkins Glen
I don't care how many of Paul's NASCAR Picks people are on the Gordon wagon, I am hopping on and driving the darned wagon!
Jeff Gordon and the #24 Team for me at The Glen! Was awesome that he got the pole today! Can't wait to cheer him on to victory tomorrow. Look for us in the stands behind the start finish line - section 14.
Tonight we had dinner at the historic Seneca Lodge and were in good company. Chip Ganassi was here for dinner and so was Boris Said and his crew chief, Frankie Stoddard. We almost always see a driver or crew chief when we visit Seneca Lodge. If you are ever in Watkins Glen you should stop by and check out all of the automobile racing stuff in their bar.
Enjoy everyone! See ya in Victory Lane at The Glen with #24!

Tony Stewart
Sad to hear that Tony Stewart was in an on track crash that killed a young sprint driver. At this time an investigation continues but no charges are pending.
Apparently the driver that died was in a spin and crashed into the wall, got out of his car and walked onto the track into the path of Stewart's car.

Re: Watkins Glen
Well done Kid. I should have never told you that I was thinking of picking him. Good thing I didn't. He would have had a Gordon finish.
Well now you can't complain. Now you have 3 pirates and your Dad still has none. Shame on you.
